This award may have to be re-named as the Aron Baynes award as he has been consistently in the top two performers every week so far this year. The 208cm behemoth from Washington St . dropped 19 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks as Union Olimpija (5-6) crushed Cibona (5-7) 87-82 in the Adriatic League. The win now puts Union Olimpija 8th in the Adriatic League. Aron Baynes currently ranks 7th in rebounding in the Adriatic League and has averaged 12.0 ppg, 5.8 rpg in the 11 Slovenian League games they’ve played so far.

The win pushes the San Antonio Spurs to an impressive 17-4 record for the season and it was also their fourth consecutive victory. Patty Mills season averages are currently 5.8ppg, 1.2rpg and 1.1apg in 17 games.
